1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Using the website or booking services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Service Scope & Accuracy

Full Disclosure: Clients must provide a complete and accurate description of the service location’s condition (including parking, excessive clutter, pet hair, infestations, and hazardous conditions etc.) to ensure accurate quotes and time estimates. Service Limits: Our team will not perform services outside of reasonable safety measures and will be discussed with you prior to booking. Specific details of services (including scope, scheduling, and pricing etc.) are agreed upon at the time of booking. Consultation & Quotes: The client acknowledges that service times provided are estimates. By signing the service agreement or work order, the client confirms approval of the services, scope, and agreed upon estimated price, with the understanding that any changes or additional time will be communicated and approved before being preformed. Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC provides services for both residential properties (such as homes, condos, apartments, Airbnb or other short-term rental properties, and move-in/move-out cleaning etc.) and commercial properties (including offices, retail spaces, and car lots etc.). Client Approval of Services: The client acknowledges that variations in time or additional work may occur due to unforeseen conditions, and the team will make every effort to complete services efficiently and safely. The client acknowledges that if any changes or extra time is necessary, these will be communicated and discussed with the client before any additional work is performed or billed. Additional Fees: Certain Properties or tasks may require additional staff or specialized equipment, which may result in extra fees. In cases where the required services fall outside the scope of Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC, we may recommend a third-party company better suited to meet those specific needs. These will be disclosed in the quote or prior to service. Staff Training & Certification: All employees are trained and certified as required to perform cleaning services safely. We strive to accommodate client preferences for specific staff members whenever possible. Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC is committed to providing reliable, consistent service, and clients will be notified if there are any changes in the personnel assigned to their property. Background Checks & Employment Standards: All Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC employees undergo background checks and must provide all necessary documentation and information to meet employment requirements prior to being assigned to client properties. We are committed to maintaining a trustworthy and professional team to ensure the safety and peace of mind of our clients. Licensing, Insurance & Certification: Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC is fully licensed and an insured service provider. Our company maintains appropriate business licenses as required by the State of Idaho and carries insurance to protect both our clients and staff. We are AHCA (American House Cleaners Association) certified, ensuring our services meet industry standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

3. Payment & Fees

Payments: Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Final Sales: All sales are final. We do not offer/provide refunds or returns. Rate Adjustments: Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC reserves the right to re-evaluate and adjust rates on an annual basis due to changes in labor, materials, or operational costs. Clients will be provided at least 30 days notice of any rate changes before the new rates take effect. Any scheduled services booked prior to a rate change will be honored at the previously agreed upon rate, unless the client agrees to the updated pricing. Late Fees: Late payments may be subject to additional charges. Collection Costs: Clients may be responsible for legal and collection agency fees if overdue accounts remain unpaid. Returned Payments: Any returned checks or failed bank transactions will incur a $35 returned payment fee, in addition to any charges assessed by the financial institution. Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC reserves the right to re-submit any returned check or payment until it has been successfully processed and paid in full. If payment is not resolved promptly, all scheduled services will be suspended immediately until the account balance is paid in full, including any applicable fees. Clients are responsible for promptly resolving the balance using an alternative payment method if re-submission is unsuccessful.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Minimum Notice: A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule a service. Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee of $50 applies if cancellations or rescheduling requests are not made at least 24 hours in advance. However, Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC may make exceptions at our discretion. Fees may also apply if our cleaning team arrives but cannot perform the service (e.g., being locked out etc.).

5. Service Refusals and Time Frames

Bedrock Cleaning Co., LLC reserves the right to refuse services to any individual or property at our discretion. 

6. Liability & Damage

Wear and Tear: Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC is not responsible for normal wear and tear on property. Damage Notification: Clients must notify us promptly of any damage discovered so it can be documented and addressed appropriately. Limited Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by unsafe working conditions, neglected maintenance, or pre-existing issues with the property. Our staff may take photos or otherwise document the condition(s) of a property upon arrival and/or during services if damage or concerns are discovered. This documentation is for the mutual protection of both the client and Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC. Recording & Consent: Idaho is a one-party consent state, which means documentation may be lawfully recorded by our staff during services. If a client does not consent to photos or recordings being taken inside their property, they must notify Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC in writing prior to services being preformed. Use of Photos & Recordings for Marketing: Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC may request permission to use photos or recordings of completed services to showcase the quality of our work on our website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials. Any such use will require the client's written consent, obtained through a signed consent form provided during the client's free, no obligation consultation. Without this written consent, any recordings or images taken by Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC staff for documentation purposes will remain confidential and will never be shared publicly. However, such documentation may be retained for internal records and, if necessary, may be used as evidence in a court of law or other legal proceedings.

7. Access & Safety

Residential & Commercial Access: Clients must provide clear and safe access to the premises, including instructions for alarms, security systems, or entry codes. Hazardous Conditions: Clients must secure pets and keep children away from cleaning areas, equipment, and chemicals. Clients should avoid walking on freshly cleaned surfaces until dry. 

8. Intellectual Property

Some website content that includes text, images, design, user-generated content (e.g., reviews, comments) and logos, is the property of Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC and may not be copied, shared, or used without prior written permission.

9. General Provisions

Website Use: These Terms and Conditions also govern your use of our website and booking system. Updates to Terms: Bedrock Cleaning Co, LLC may update these Terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Force Majeure: We reserve the right to cancel or delay services in the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, and government restrictions etc.).

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Clearwater County, Idaho.
